Spider-Man Way Dedication on October 12, 2026
The corner of Ascan Avenue and Ingram Street in Forest Hills was officially named Spider-Man Way. 20 Ingram Street was the home where Peter Parker grew up with his Aunt May and Uncle Ben. In attendance of the dedication were the relatives of Steve Ditko (the artist who with Stan Lee created Spider-Man), Marvel and Disney executives, local politicians, community leaders, and many Spidey fans. Bottom right photo shows Larry Ng, Mark Ditko (newphew of Steve Ditko) and Nick Lowe (Executive Editor of the Spider-Man comic book series).
